When used as a hand scrub start with dry hands and gently rub together, the salt & oils will moisturize, exfoliate and sanitize. Rinse in luke warm water and pat dry with soft cloth. The oils used in my scrub will moisturize your hands and the dead sea salts will exfoliate.
When used as a body scrub, stand or sit in tub and gently scrub salts over entire dry body. Using extreme caution, (tub becomes slippery) rinse off dead sea salt or fill tub with water and soak for no more than 20 minutes in a luke warm bath. The organic oils will rehydrate, rejuvenate and the dead sea salts will detoxify. It is recommended to drink lots of water after bathing.
