For use as a exfoliating hand scrub: Start with dry hands and gently rub together. The salt & oils used will moisturize, exfoliate & sanitize. Rinse in warm water and pat dry with a soft dry cloth.

For use as a body scrub: Sit or stand in tub and gently rub salt over dry skin (USE CAUTION, TUB BECOMES SLIPPERY) Rinse or fill tub with warm water and soak for 20 minutes. Oils will hydrate and sea salt will exfoliate while drawing out toxins. Rinse and towel dry.
